In the most exclusive residential area of Rimini, the most loved by tourists, in Via Tobruk 33 in Marina Centro, there is the new Residence Rimini Mare.It is located near the seafront area, famous for shops, restaurants and the most elegant and popular cafes. The beaches are wide and equipped with every comfort. The atmosphere is international and ideal for an enjoyable vacation but soothing at the same time. The area where the Residence is situated is very quiet and relaxing.
From here you can reach easily by foot all the core parts of the seafront area: the port, the Dolphinarium, Kennedy Square and Piazza Tripoli (near each other), Viale Vespucci. The Residence is located approximately 1 minute on foot from the beach
You can find near the Residence the large parking area in Piazza Kennedy or, in a few minutes, the parking place of Via Roma. The Residence is equipped with an internal parking for motorcycles and scooters. Our Residence is also, among the seafront lodgings, one of the closest and most convenient to reach the new Palacongressi, new flagship of the city. The Residence is equipped with a lift.
APARTMENTS
The apartments have been recently renovated and are spacious, modern and comfortable. There are equipped with: bed linen and towels, kitchen linen, washing machine, microwave, individually controlled air conditioning, heating with heater for winter, 32 ' flat screen tv with satellite channels, refrigerator, freezer.For your holiday you can choose from several types of apartment:
- spacious apartments of various types equipped with bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen/livingroom with comfortable sofa-bed, ideal for up to 5 people.
- two spacious studios with great amenities and floor area, located on the ground floor and suitable for up to 3 people.
FACILITIES
For your relaxing holidays we thought of everything needed to make you spend a pleasant stay carefree.- bicycles, on request and bookable on spot (available from 30 May to 15 October)
- Availability of cribs, high chairs or other specific services for children (on request)
- partnership with water park - discount on entrance tickets
- affiliation with beach equipped with all games (mats, spades, buckets, balls etc)
- transfer to airport or train station, on request and bookable on spot (at extra charge)
At Residence Rimini Mare we will be at your disposal for every need and every night possible emergencies. We speak English, German and French and will be available for advice on excursions, entertainment and restaurants.
